Host is human. Host is more ancient by the standards of
time than the more recent human type of human being.
The evolution and development of Hosts’ existence is a
monumental testament to effort, discipline, and reality integration of
mental processes with physical bodies.

At the beginning of its existence, Host had to learn everything
one step at a time. Everything one can imagine about survival,
anything one takes for granted about living things and life had to be
learned and integrated by Hosts to survive. For example, it had to
learn how to regulate respiration and heart rate through conscious
effort.

Beginning its evolution without an autonomic nervous system,
Host had to develop one to ensure its survival in nature and to
evolve. To do this, Hosts used their brain’s conscious thought to
compartmentalize and manage each of its bodily systems. Hosts
worked, using disciplined mental efforts, to develop each compartment
until the thinking became automatic to support each body function.
Since that long-ago time, Hosts have advanced to have complete
control of their entire physical bodies.

Hosts developed their thinking processes further, enabling
autonomic-like performance for rapid assimilations of reality
perceptions congruent with nature. This, in turn, resulted in its ascent
to advanced technology and understanding of the universe. Nevertheless,
reproduction in Hosts remained an intense, time-consuming, thought
process. Now, Hosts prefer to use artificial technological means when
reproduction becomes necessary. Hosts live forever.

Hosts pack themselves into bodies that stand between eight and
fifteen feet tall, depending on which Host individual it is, and whether
it is in terrestrial planet gravity or space. As desired or needed, Hosts
manipulate their external appearance to many styles, from functional
to beautiful or both.

Hosts get pleasure from integrating with reality and from
knowing the truth about things throughout the universe. Hosts
put supreme value on free choice and the individual. For these
reasons, Hosts do not intervene directly with all human societies.
Hosts prefer an indirect, limited, and passive approach to assisting
some human societies in coming into knowing. Hosts’ mission,
interest in other humans, and devotion to duty guarantees that
extraterrestrial and alien beings do not visit some terrestrial
planets.

Hosts have a history and cooperative relationship with the more
recent type of human beings. These are commonly present on Hosts’
craft in space, but usually not for extended periods. Hosts stay in space
for extended periods because they easily adapt their bodies for space.

Hosts know their bodies so well that they manage and control the cells
and molecules in their bodies. In space, they avoid problems associated
with conventional eating and elimination of wastes.

Hosts are the primary type of being that manage fleets of
spacecraft and travel in space using conventional spaceships. Travel
in space ships is uncommon in the universe. However, Hosts
require spaceships for their missions. Hosts and their spaceships
deploy in outer areas of galaxies with potential tactical or strategic
purpose.

Hosts and the brotherhood of Hosts are well connected and
respected throughout the universe. They have many large ships, and
manage them well.

Hosts are very much the military commander, personality-wise.
A Host’s job as a military commander is to support and protect the
mission of the universe, protect and support the value-producing work
of others that accelerates the mission of the universe, and to monitor
potential value-producing sources that may support the mission of
the universe. Any entity that would choose to interfere with a Host’s
mission or cargo faces imminent annihilation. Hosts have unbeatable
weapons systems.

From beyond its earliest terrestrial beginnings long ago to
its present space command operations and abilities, aging and
death were never much a part of Hosts’ existence. Hosts’ brain
combined with their disciplined efforts to integrate thoughts with
control over themselves caused them to develop at an increasingly
rapid rate. This also repelled the causes of aging and death found
in human-type species. Hosts are magnificent and wonderful
beings.
